1)How to browse the catalogue
To browse for recent products: On the right hand side of the homepage there are a list of categories. Click on the one you want, and you will see headers 'new releases today','new releases this week','new releases last 8 weeks' and 'best chart seller'
To browse the whole catalogue: Click on advanced search, and click on the drop down box titled 'select category' and choose the category, then press search. This will bring up all items in the category, you can refine this search using the other fields too, like only choosing a specific record label, genre or artist.
2)How to order from this site
On the web: Order any item on the site by logging in and clicking add to cart. Follow the on screen procedure using the checkout & pay online.
Over the phone: Call us on 07776 048468 to place your order over the phone, one of our representatives will take your order and it will be processed.
3)Methods of Payment & Delivery
Methods of payment: We accept payments by cheque,postal order, paypal, and the following credit/debit cards - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo & JCB.
Methods of delivery: You can choose home delivery(West Midlands only) or royal mail 1st & special delivery post.
