All products are subject to availability, and although delivery times are stated as 2 working days, we may hold the despatch of your order until it is complete and ready to go.

Rewind Records checks' and grades all vinyl.

Rewind Records will not accept responsibility for vinyl that is damaged in transit.

Insurance is available on request.

Items can only be returned for credit note or exchange if found to be faulty.

Returns:

Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Any refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.

We do not refund or cancel orders after they have been placed.

Once an order is placed it is processed and shipped.

Customers may experience a slight delay on larger orders, of around 15 records or more.

It is the customers responsibility to return goods or items in whatever means they have possible, in relation to exchanges or refunds. It is the responsibility of the retailer to send out goods relating to that order. Any refunds given will only be for purchase of the goods and up to their maximum value.
